IT’S NAPLES’ YEAR: THE ONLY ITALIAN DESTINATION PRESENT IN THE CNN TRAVEL LIST
There couldn’t have been a better start of year for the city of Naples, the only Italian destination listed on CNN Travel wish list in 2022.
Thanks to its vibrant energy, the capital city of Southern Italy, has been listed in the the annual list of "dream destinations" drawn up by the famous american tv broadcaster.

According to the American Travel Guide, Naples is now the place to be thanks to his uniqueness, a city where the gaze is lost past ancient nobles palaces, historical ruins, majolica cloisters and archaeological sites.

The important archeological site of Pompei with the ruins of the famous Roman city, is among the main touristic attractions. New areas of the Pompei site are due to open in 2022: one more reason to visit this unique place and step back in time.
PROCIDA: CAPITAL OF CULTURE 2022
There is always a first time. The island of Procida, located between Capo Miseno and the island of Ischia, off the coast of Naples, has been crowned Italian Capital of Culture 2022 by the Italian Culture Minister Dario Franceschini. "It is the first time that an island has been awarded" said proudly the Minister, thanks to its “model for sustainable development based on the culture of the island and its coastline”.
